WHAT TO DO NEXT:

I get asked a lot about where to go get your marriage license, the requirements and the cost.  All that is best explained by THEIR website, which includes their map and location information.  I am happy to file your license AFTER the wedding at no additional cost to you.  

There are only a few things to remember when coming to Florida to get married. The first is that you will need a marriage license FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA. You get that from the local clerk's office. (This link takes you to Escambia County's office in Pensacola). 

The license is available the same day you apply for it, as long as you are not a Florida resident.  If you live in Florida, there is a 3 day wait until you can get married.

If either of you are divorced, you will need to bring the divorce papers to the clerk. Along with that, you will have to provide proper photo ID.
